Mozhgan Wafiq Alokozai

Founder and President of Eagle Online Academy. She is also the founder of an Impressive Consulting company based in Kabul Afghanistan. She is a member of the U.S.-Afghan Women's Council (USAWC).

Board Of Director 

Ambassador Kelley E. Currie


Ambassador Currie served as U.S. Ambassador-at-Large for Global Women’s Issues and the U.S. Representative at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. Prior to her appointment, she led the Department of State’s Office of Global Criminal Justice (2019) and served under Ambassador Nikki Haley as the United States’ Representative to the UN Economic and Social Council and Alternative Representative to the UN General Assembly (2017-2018).


Throughout her career in foreign policy, Ambassador Currie has specialized in human rights, political reform, development and humanitarian issues, with a focus on the Asia-Pacific region. From 2009 until her appointment to the USUN leadership, she served as a Senior Fellow with the Project 2049 Institute.

She has held senior policy positions with the Department of State, the U.S. Congress, and several international and non-governmental human rights and humanitarian organizations. Ambassador Currie received a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia’s School of Public and International Affairs.

 Anita McBride


Anita B. McBride serves as Board of Director to Eagle Online Academy for Women. Anita is Executive-in-Residence at the Center for Congressional and Presidential Studies in the School of Public Affairs at American University in Washington, D.C. She previously served as assistant to

President George W. Bush and chief of staff to First Lady Laura Bush from 2005 to 2009, directing the staff’s work on the wide variety of domestic and global initiatives in which Mrs. Bush was involved. She had primary responsibility for the First Lady’s efforts to support U.S. foreign policy objectives in human rights, women’s empowerment, global health and human freedom. 

She directed Mrs. Bush’s travel to 67 countries in 4 years including historic visits to Afghanistan, the Middle East and the Thai-Burma border. Also, under President George W. Bush, McBride served as a special assistant for White House Management, as senior advisor in the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of International Organizations and as the State Department's White House liaison. McBride co-founded the RAND African First Ladies Initiative and Fellowship program partnering with Africa’s first ladies to support their efforts to become champions of change in their countries as well as train their staff in strategies for establishing and managing an effective First Lady’s office. ... Michelle Quinn


Michelle is Vice President at Constellis, and former Senior Vice president of PGI a mission-focused organization providing security, operational, Logistics, and training solutions for the Department of Defense, Department of State, and other Government Agencies.

At PGI, Michelle leads efforts to support critical U.S. missions and programs both CONUS and OCONUS, establishing relationships with the USG and industry partners, building technical solutions for programs, and standing up/executing PGI contracts. ... [Read more]

Amy K. Mitchell


Amy K. Mitchell, a former member of the Senior Executive Service, has more than twenty years of defense, national security, public diplomacy and foreign relations, and strategic communications experience in Washington, D.C., having served in a variety of government, non-profit, and media positions. Most recently, she served as Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for the Office of Global Women’s Issues.

In this capacity, she advised senior department leadership on strategic diplomatic initiatives, specifically in the Indo-Pacific region, implemented policies that empowered women in developing nations, oversaw media outreach, and elevated human rights issues. Prior to that role, she served as Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense, forging international relationships and overseeing all events and visits at the Department of Defense. ... Serena Stepanovic


Serena serves as the Associate Vice President for World Vision United States’ Food Security and Livelihoods (FSL) sector. Since 2018, she has provided overall strategic leadership for FSL including developing technical, research and private sector partnerships. Her current portfolio includes an annual acquisition pipeline of ~$500 million; and an average multi-year program portfolio worth ~$500 million. 

Over the past 25 years while working in highly competitive, international development organizations, Serena has had the privilege of providing both long- and short-term technical/leadership support across 15 countries in Asia, Africa (e.g., Afghanistan, Zambia, South Africa, Cameroon, Uganda, Sri Lanka, Rwanda and Nigeria).

Her primary expertise is in global strategy development and execution; and in promoting growth and improving critical business processes for effective delivery of complex development and humanitarian programs in vulnerable low- and middle-income country contexts. Her technical background includes agriculture-nutrition linkages, food security, resilience, and sustainable livelihoods, with a special emphasis on supporting rural, small holder farming communities. ... Karel Ford 


She is serving on the Founding Advisory Board of Eagle Online Academy for Women. Currently she serves as the Director of Operations and Programs at the Institute for Economic Empowerment Women (IEEW). 

Years of operating with a lean and mean team to produce meaningful, budget-friendly programs coupled with a love of learning people’s stories has been the two most beneficial skills needed in the quest to match qualified, enthusiastic mentors with a diverse, international group of women entrepreneurs.

Dr. Paula Lisa Yoder 


Paula Yoder is serving as Board of Director to Eagle Online Academy for Women. She is the Director of Human Resources for Clayton Youth Enrichment as well as Faculty at Texas Christian University’s College of Business. earned a BS in Agriculture and Human Sciences from Tarleton State University, a MS in Education and Human Resource Development and is completing her PhD in Educational Leadership and Public Policy with a research concentration in Women’s Studies. 

Paula is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, American Society for Training and Development, International Association for Business Communication, Texas Diversity Council, 85 Broads, North Central Texas Executive Women’s Association, and the American Coaching Federation, amongst others. ... Scott Jacobs 

President and Chief Executive Officer


Scott Jacobs has a long list of leadership positions both in the government and private sector. As a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES) Scott led the Counterterrorism Directorate of the US Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) directing all terrorism investigations impacting US Navy and Marine Corps personnel and its worldwide assets. In 2008, Scott was asked to serve as Acting Director of the Department of Defense (DoD) Counterintelligence Field Activity (CIFA) with responsibility over all DoD counterintelligence matters.

Having served his country for 27 years Scott retired from the Federal government in 2009. Scott has excelled in the private sector with key leadership positions overseeing the management and execution of programs involving data fusion and analysis, research and development projects and various worldwide law enforcement initiatives. Scott was President and Chief Executive Officer of New Century US, an international company serving DoD and State Department customers from 2011 through April of 2020. Darryle Conway

Senior Vice President, Nathan, Inc.


Darryle Conway is the Chairman of the ISOA Board of Directors. He currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer for Nathan Associates. Nathan leverages 75 years of experience spanning nearly 150 countries to deliver program analytic and economic solutions for government and commercial clients around the world.

Prior to his current position, he served at PAE as a Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Global Mission Services (GMS) Business Unit. GMS is a business with annual sales of more than $1.9B and 10,000 employees spanning all seven continents, operating in more than 70 countries. GMS customers include: US Federal Civilian Agencies, DoD, UN, and various commercial clients and allied governments. Prior to that, Darryle led a startup as the Expeditionary Logistics Business Area General Manager while simultaneously serving as Vice President of Business Development for PAE’s Global Logistics & Stability Operations Business Unit. ... Dr. Rachael M. Rudolph


Dr. Rachael M. Rudolph currently serves as an Assistant Professor of Social Science at Bryant University’s joint program with Beijing Institute of Technology, Zhuhai Campus, and Adjunct Professor of Counterterrorism at Nichols College in the United States. Asia (broadly defined) has been her home for more than ten years, and China has been her place of residence since 2018.


Between 2002 and 2013, Dr. Rudolph focused on counterterrorism, mobilization of violent and non-violent actors, refugees, and human rights in the MENA region. Her fieldwork during this period took her to the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Jordan, Palestine, Israel, Egypt, Morocco, and Saudi Arabia.

Between 2014 and 2017 she focused primarily on Southeast Asia and to some extent South Asia. Strategic security in ASEAN, human trafficking, drug trafficking, the conflict in Myanmar, and North Korea were the projects she concentrated on during these years. While based in Thailand, her fieldwork took her to Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, India, and South Korea.

Morsal Mohamad


Morsal Mohamad is a Public Affairs Specialist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Inspector General. Morsal obtained her Master’s of Public Health, concentrating on Global Health Policy, from the George Washington University in May 2021. She also holds her Bachelor’s of Science from the George Washington University where she majored in Public Health and double minored in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Morsal also has experience working at the U.S. Department of State Office of International Health and Biodefense and the U.S. HHS Office of Global Affairs. Morsal has organized and led many community inititatives within the Afghan diaspora and is passionate about serving her community, both in the US and in Afghanistan. Morsal currently resides in Washington, DC.
