About Us
Eagle Online Academy is a nonprofit organization passionate about long term online education solutions with a primary focus on benefiting women and girls. We believe that a good quality education can be life-changing for girls and young women, helping them develop to their full potential and putting them on a path toward successful careers. We also know that educating girls and teaching them marketable skills can kick-start a positive cycle of development. Girls with more education, for example, marry later, have healthier children, and earn more money that they invest back into their families and communities. They also play more active leadership and decision-making roles in their communities and countries.
Mission
Eagle Online Academy’s mission is to offer quality, flexible and online educational programs globally that are valuable both personally and professionally to women’s livelihood and entrepreneurship. With programs that are comprehensive, current, and supported by qualified partners and staff, we are committed to staying relevant with the needs of an ever-changing marketplace.
Vision
We chose to name the academy “Eagle” because we hope that women from developing countries, who often have the least opportunities, will dream big, fly high, and see their abilities as a sky with no limit.
Eagle Online Academy is looking to serve women globally, starting in Afghanistan.
Goal
Eagle Online Academy’s goal is to expand access to online education opportunities for women. Distance learning and online teaching technology will be used to provide relevant and timely coursework, information, and training to enhance the learning experience by removing the barriers of both time and place.
Objective
Encourage and support the use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and other technologies, in both face-to-face and online learning environments.
To identify, provide, expand, and coordinate the development of quality courses and programs to meet the needs of e-learners.
Evaluate periodically and comprehensively every facet of the E-Learning program and use these results to restructure and improve the program
