Our Mission
At Eagle Online Academy, our mission is to serve women and girls in crisis through online educational programs, particularly those affected by poverty, conflict, displacement, and refugee circumstances. We are dedicated to empowering them economically, socially, and intellectually, equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to rebuild their lives, achieve financial independence, and become leaders in their communities.
By offering free and accessible education, we aim to transform the lives of marginalized women and girls, providing them with the skills, confidence, and opportunities to thrive, regardless of their circumstances.
Our Story
Eagle Online Academy was founded by Mozhgan Wafiq Alokozai, who was born in Afghanistan and has faced immense challenges from a young age. As a child, Mozhgan experienced internal displacement three times due to the civil war in early 90s. Ultimately, during the late 90s, when the Taliban first took control, her parents made the difficult decision to seek refuge in Pakistan, ensuring that she and her siblings could continue their education without compromise.
Having witnessed firsthand the limited access to education and job opportunities in conflict zones like Afghanistan, as well as the struggles faced by refugees, Mozhgan established Eagle Online Academy in 2019. Her vision was to create a safe space for women and girls in crisis, providing them with opportunities in situations where many feel hopeless amid war, poverty, and displacement—whether internally or through migration to new countries.
At Eagle Online Academy, we aspire to be a place where women and girls can spread their wings and soar high, just like eagles, breaking free from limitations and achieving their dreams.
